Peppermint Cocoa
by Joi Copeland
Joi Copeland is married to a wonderful man, Chris,
and has three amazing boys, Garrison, Gage, and Gavin. She lives in Denver, Colorado, but within the year, hopes to be living in Galway, Ireland.
Joi’s love of writing began at a young age. She wrote short stories for several years, and in 2009, she began writing her first novel, Hope for Tomorrow. You can learn about all of Joi’s books here.
Welcome, Joi. If you could have dinner with one person from today or history (except Jesus) who would it be? Why?
If I could have dinner with anyone, I would have dinner with Amy Carmichael because she was an amazing woman who sought after God.
What fun or unique things can you tell us about yourself?
One thing, I was born with an extra thumb on my right hand. My parents had it removed shortly after I was born. The second thing is my family and I are called to be church planters in Ireland.
Please describe yourself with three words.
Christian, Wife, Mom
What do you enjoy doing for relaxation?
I love to read Christian Fiction Books for relaxation, and watch the television show, Friends.
Please tell us a little about your novel, Christmas Snowe and Peppermint Cocoa.
Snoweflake Jacobson left her home state of Maine to forget the only man she ever loved. After living in California for five years, her memories of Tanner Graham never faded. Now, she must return to Maine to take care of an old home, and possibly, a broken heart.
